ODS will come and pick up your plans on a schedule that is individualized to your office’s needs.

ODS scans your documents

We use our HD Contex wide format scanners to scan your documents in high quality resolution of a minimum of 400 dpi (dots per inch).

Your document archives are loaded onto our secure server

Once your plans are scanned and converted into a PDF document they go through a quality assurance process prior to publishing the PDF to the cloud. You will receive an email notifying you that your plans are accessible and ready to be downloaded.

Your plans are available securely from anywhere in the world

Using our uniquely responsive archiving system you now have the ability to access and download your documents from our secure site. You can easily sort through these documents by using fields such as owner, address and permit number to name a few
